Product Purchase

Many of our producers sell direct from their location, however not all are set up with credit card facilities, so please bring enough cash with you to buy product to take home. We will carry a large eski (cooler box) with us to store any perishables that you may have purchased during the day.

General

Your comfort is of utmost concern to us and we will make sure that your day is safe and trouble free. There may be walking involved on uneven surfaces and we do not recommend these tours for small children or people with limited mobility. Please also make sure that you wear comfortable enclosed footwear on all tours.

Additional Information

Please advise at time of booking if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies so the lunch menu can be tailored to suit. A minimum of 48 hours notice will be required to avoid disappointment.

A book will be handed around at the conclusion of each tour for the purpose of gathering your thoughts about the tour to give us ideas on where we may be able to improve or tweak our tours. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of up to 50% will apply to a booking that is cancelled 14-30 days prior to travel and 75% for bookings cancelled in the period 7-14 days before tour commencement. A fee of 100% applies for cancellation of bookings within 7 days prior to the tour commencement date. Tours cancelled more than 30 days before time of commencement will be cancelled with no penalty and a full refund given. If for any reason Australian Wild Harvest cancels a booking, fully paid customers will receive a full refund.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Safety Policy

There may be walking involved on uneven surfaces on the properties/farms visited and we do not therefore recommend these tours as being suitable for small children or people with limited mobility. Please also make sure that you wear comfortable enclosed footwear on all tours for your own safety. Anybody with inappropriate footwear for walking around some of the farm premises, may be required to stay in the van for the duration of that stop.

Customer Service Policy

Time and date changes will be given by no less than 24 hours notice to booked customers. Dates are currently accurate on the website, however due to weather or other operational reasons, venues for an advertised tour may vary without notice.
