Here are just a few pics of the tour I did with Tourism Tasmania the other week. We visited the truffle farm, Springfield Deer Farm B&B, Mount Gnomon Pig Farm, Walnuts @ Howth, Cradle Coast Olives and Mathom Farm Goat Dairy. The weather was kind and whilst it was a work day for everybody involved, I believe they all thoroughly enjoyed the day meeting the producers and sampling the fantastic product we have here on the North-West coast.
