There is no denying that North West Tasmania produces premium beef. It is a wonderful experience to visit John and Angela Bruce’s farm near Stanley on our food and wine tours where those beautiful black and rust colour cows just love to wander over and check out visitors. These grass fed gentle animals have a good life and the beef is found in top restaurants throughout the country as well as a growing export market.
