David and Larna are doing a fantastic job at the Old Wilmot Bakehouse bakery. They cook literally everything in this ancient wood fired oven which goes back a couple of metres into the wall. I love to take visitors there whilst we are out and about touring with Australian Wild Harvest and it is especially pleasing that they source most of their produce locally. They are also present at the local farmers market in Ulverstone every week so their wonderful breads and items from the bakery reach many locals and travellers far and wide.
