was fortunate enough to go out and met Stephen at the new wasabi farm the other
week and it was fantastic to learn about this wonderful product that he is
growing. It has been a mammoth job
moving the premises from Perth to Port Sorrell, but the end is in sight. Pure wasabi powder will be available at
certain foodie outlets soon and is sure to enhance many a dish. I am willing to bet there are
many keen cooks out there who would like to use the real thing. I am going to try my hand at making ice cream with it. Southern Sky Dairy are using the fresh
product with their Persian feta and it is just devine.
