Dianne and Ian have an idyllic property up at Howth and are growing a wonderful product (walnuts) which they are pressing into oil right on their premises. They of course have nuts both in and out of the shell, green pickled walnuts as part of their product range and are currently experimenting with grinding into flour for baking. It really is amazing the difference in taste between eating a fresh nut product and one that has been on the shelves for quite some time.
