Great article in the Tasmanian Farmer magazine this quarter telling all about the sustainable, environmental and ethical farming principles that Andy and Matt are using at Red Cow – one of the properties visited on our Stanley Food Tour.  Their business is growing in leaps and bounds and they have a strong following both through the markets they frequent and providores, delis, cafes, restaurants and some IGA stores.
