I’m very excited to post the first item on my new Blog page.  I guess it is only fitting to start by saying thanks to all the producers and farmers out there who are the core of my food and wine tours business.  Of course this also coincides with those people who have an interest in where their food comes from.  The words “sustainability”, “food miles” and “animal welfare” are just a few that bring people to visit and learn about the source of where their food comes from.  Today this is also across the board with both the younger generation and those of us more mature aged.  So thanks to those of you who have already been on a food and wine tour with me in Tasmania and I look forward to meeting others yet to come.
