Heirloom veggies and a wide variety of herbs are grown and sold at a couple of farmers markets here where they are tapping into a market with many uncommon varieties. They sell bouquets of edible flowers and lovely garlic is also grown on the Preston Farm.  It goes to show that these businesses are sustainable with the support of locals who love the idea of being able to buy product that is fresh, seasonal and has a low mileage before it hits their tables. Our food, wine and farmgate tours are all about supporting these local producers and showcasing exactly what we have on offer here.
