John Bailey was one of the chefs at the Spring Producers Lunch I attended at Old Cable Station yesterday and we all got a first glimpse at this beautiful cookbook to be launched this week. It features 32 Producers from the North West and aside from mouth-watering recipes, will make a wonderful coffee table book in anyone’s home and great idea for a Christmas present. This really showcases Tasmania and many of the producers listed are those visited on AWH food, wine and farmgate tours.
