Susanne Dobrowski has made a huge business success from making brownies. Not just any old brownie either, but wonderful and rich. She has half a dozen regular varieties on offer, has won many awards including gold and champion for her wattle seed and walnut brownie, where she cleaned up at the Royal Sydney Fine Food Awards this year. One of the best parts about all this is that Susanne is passionate about local produce and her brownies are made up of local free range eggs, Tasmanian Duck River butter, Kindred Organics spelt flour and Anvers Chocolate.
