Tis the Season! The weather is warming up, the tourists are arriving and the farmers are harvesting their new season crops. I still cannot describe the sensation that you get from eating food that is so fresh and the value added products that stem from this are also wonderful. My meals mostly come directly from the farmers market and/or my own backyard. Berries have just started and I am excited to show visitors around this heavenly “food bowl” we call the North-West, on one of our food and wine tours.
