Marilyn and Peter have a magnificent property in the valley at Gunns Plains. Their goats milk, cheese, yoghurt and desserts are truly wonderful and I have no doubt they probably know each goat individually and love them all equally – they are not just part of the business, but almost part of the family. Mathom Farm is one of the possible stops on our North West Food and Wine Tour and definitely a unique experience. Their cheesery is on site and all edible product is made right there.
