Organic Leatherwood honey – unique to Tasmania and a taste like no other. We visit Blue Hills Honey on our Stanley Food and Farmgate Tour and it is wonderful to see people’s reactions when they taste this product for the first time. This honey is exported widely to Asia – fantastic to see Tassie produce shared outside of the region.
