We are lucky enough to visit two wonderful properties that produce beautiful lamb.  Local people get very excited about eating food that has been grown practically in their own neighbourhood, in many instances buying their meat directly from the farmers.  It supports the community and I’d even be bold enough to say that it tastes better than anything you get from the supermarket.
