Eliza and Guy produce wonderful rare breed Wessex Saddleback pork products (and lamb and beef) on their farm in Penguin and this is one of the highlight stops on the North West Food and Wine Tour.  Next weekend they are putting on a winter workshop for those of you who want to learn how to raise and process ducks for your dinner table.  They will be talking about breeds, feeding and demonstrate dispatching. You’ll have the opportunity to take home your own duck. Breeding pairs of Muscovy ducks will also be for sale on the day.
